Payment Options

The payment portal is part of the You're a Winner! client program. You access the payment portal by selecting File and then Renew from the main menu. All subscription payments are handled through Paypal.

When you select the Renew option from the submenu the system will open a dialog that displays the expiry date for your license and the monthly amount for the non-recurring license. (Subtract 10% from that amount to get the monthly auto-renewal fee.)

Recurring Payment

This form of payment is billed to your account automatically each month. You must set up a Paypal account if you do not already have one to use this method of payment. The obvious advantage to you is that the recurring payment method is 10% cheaper than the non-recurring method.

Non-recurring Payment

In this form of payment you do not need a Paypal account. Your credit card is charged once and only once for one month's service. Your subscription expiry date is moved forward from whatever date it is currently by one month for each payment made, so you can pre-pay for several months by this method if you wish. The non-recurring method is most suitable for seasonal operations.

When you click either of the Paypal buttons you'll be taken to the Paypal payments portal. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the payment. After you have completed the payment, click the Exit button in the upper right corner of the window to close it. Payment notifications come from Paypal.com to my server and trigger a process that generates a transaction which in turn generates an invoice in .pdf format that is emailed to the management email address that is set when you first installed and registered the client program. A sample invoice appears below.

Once you receive the invoice in your email inbox you're guaranteed that the updated license key is available to you. The client program will update the license key automatically, but this process can take ten minutes or so. If you want to get the license key faster, click the menu item labeled Registration Information (located under the File menu item). This menu item will open a dialog in which it displays the contents of the current license key file, but you can instruct it to get the latest license file from my server by clicking the button labeled Get Key and waiting for about ten seconds. The client program will update the license key display as soon as the new license key is downloaded, so keep an eye on the program and service expiry dates.
